Mark a conversation as a favorite for quick access from the Favorites subtab. The conversations you add to Favorites are always visible, while other subtabs only display the recent conversations.
Procedure
Tap the Message tab.
Tap and hold the conversation to add to Favorites.
In the context menu, tap Add to favorites.
Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App adds the conversation to the Favorites subtab.
Optional To remove a conversation from Favorites, tap and hold the conversation and select Remove from favorites from the context menu.
