Inviting guests to Avaya Cloud Office

About this task

Start a conversation and send a direct message to invite a guest outside of your Avaya Cloud Office company account.

Procedure

  1. Tap the Message tab.
  2. At the bottom-right corner of the page, tap The New action icon.
  3. Tap New message.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App displays the New message window.

  4. In the To field, type the email address of your guest.
  5. In the Message field, type your message and tap The Send icon.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App displays the following message: Would you like to invite johndoe@johndoe.com to Avaya Cloud Office?.

  6. In the Invite window, tap Invite.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App sends an email to your guest with an invitation and displays the new conversation window with the guest you invited.
