Starting conversations

About this task

Start a conversation to send direct messages to your coworkers. You can add multiple participants to your conversation to start a group conversation.

Procedure

  1. Tap the Message tab.
  2. At the bottom-right corner of the page, tap The New action icon.
  3. Tap New message.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App displays the New message window.

  4. In the To field, type the name, email address, or extension number of your coworker.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App lists the matching results.

  5. Select your coworker from the list.
  6. Optional To add more participants to the conversation, repeat the steps 4 and 5.
  7. In the Message field, type your message and tap The Send icon.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App creates a new conversation with the added coworkers.
