Starting a team video call

About this task

Use an existing team conversation to initiate a video call with all team members simultaneously.

Before you begin

Ensure that you created a team conversation.

Procedure

  1. Tap the Message tab.
  2. On the Teams subtab, tap the team conversation.
  3. At the top of the screen, tap the Video call icon.
  4. Tap Start video call.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App displays the Start a video call? window.

  5. In the Start a video call? window, tap Start.
  6. Optional To enable Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App to access your camera and microphone, on the opening notification window, tap Allow.

Result

Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App initiates the video call.
