Apps and Resources contains the following sections:

  • Archiver: Displays a list of third-party storage to securely save messages and recorded calls. You can back up call recordings, voice mails, SMS, and fax hourly. To start data backup, connect to the required storage and enable backup. The Archiver saves the data hourly, starting from the hour before the backup process begins.

  • App Gallery: Displays the applications that you can integrate into Avaya Cloud Office™.

  • Developer Portal: Displays the tools and services for building, deploying, and managing custom integrations using RingCentral APIs.
