Logging in to Admin Portal with an email or a phone number

About this task

Log in to Admin Portal with your email address or phone number. If you log in with your phone number, Avaya Cloud Office Service Web requires you to confirm your country and enter your password.

You can also use the main phone number of the company to log in. If you enter the company phone number, Avaya Cloud Office Service Web requires you to enter your extension number.

Procedure

  1. Go to Admin Portal.
  2. On the Sign In page, in the Email or Phone Number field, type your email or Avaya Cloud Office™ phone number.
  3. Click Next.
  4. If you enter your email, enter your password.
  5. If you enter your Avaya Cloud Office™ phone number, confirm your country and enter your password.
  6. If you enter the main telephone number of the company, confirm the country and enter your extension number and password.
  7. Click Sign In.
