The Phone tab shows a new device used for limited extensions. Also, you can set up an existing phone to work as a limited extension. If you choose an existing phone when creating a limited extension, you must configure it before use.
Procedure
On the Admin Portal home page, click Phone System > Groups > Limited Extensions.
Click the limited extension and click Device & Numbers.
To provision the desktop phone, click the Phone tab.
Click Edit.
In the Existing Phone section, click Setup & Provision.
