Adding Users to a Call Park Location Group

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Portal.
  2. Click Phone System > Groups > Park Locations.
  3. Click the park location group to which you want to add users.
  4. In the Location Members section, click Add member.
  5. Select the names of the users to add and then click Add.
    Note:

    If users belong to a ring group, you must add all ring group members to the park location.

    The Park Location Phone Key window is displayed.

  6. On the Park Location Phone Key window, click Yes to automatically add the key to member phones.
  7. Click No to add the key manually.
