Configuring Delegated Line Details

About this task

Delegated line details enable the user to select the group name, appearances, site selection, and schedule for the delegated line.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Portal.
  2. Click Phone System > Groups > Delegated Lines.
  3. Select a delegated line and click the Delegated Line Details dropdown.
  4. In the General tab, click Edit to change the record group name details.
  5. Edit the number of appearances from the drop-down list.
  6. Toggle on to add the index number to the Label on the phone.
  7. Click the Send Invite button to the email address of the manager.
  8. Select the check box to include the delegated line in the company directory.
  9. Click the Delete Group button to delete the group details.
  10. Click Save.
  11. Click the Settings tab and set your preferences.
    1. Regional Settings: Click Edit to change the regional settings.
    2. Schedule: Click Edit to change the work hours schedule or to select a specific schedule based on the time zone.
    3. Site: Click Edit to select the company or test site.
    4. Confirmation Message: Click Edit to select the duration of displaying the confirmation message.
