Greetings and hold music settings enable the administrator to set custom call handling rules for the delegated line.
Procedure
Log in to Admin Portal.
Click Phone System > Groups > Delegated Lines.
Select a delegated line and click the Greeting & Hold Music dropdown.
Go to the Work hours tab.
Under the Delegated Line Greeting section, click Edit to set the actions to enable the callers to hear a group-wide greeting before connecting to a delegated line.
Under the Hold Music section, click Edit to set the actions to enable the callers to hear selected music while they are put on hold.
Under the Audio While Connecting section, click Edit to set the actions to enable the callers to hear selected music while they are connecting to the extension.
Click Save.
Go to the Blocked calls tab.
Under the Block option section, select from the dropdown list to block either specific calls and faxes or all calls.
Click Edit to select from the available custom messages to play an automated reply.
Under the Robocalls section, select from the dropdown list to block the devices and calls with no caller ID.
Under the Block calls from pay phones section, select from the available custom messages to play an automated reply.
