Creating and managing comparison graph widget

About this task

The graph widget creates a visual representation of the data comparison. It enables the user to compare multiple members and their performance for inbound and outbound calls.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
  2. Go to Admin Portal > Analytics & Logs > Analytics.
  3. Click Business Analytics.
  4. Click Add Widget.
  5. Select Graph.
  6. Click Comparison.
  7. In the Widget Name field, enter a name for your widget.
  8. Click the Calendar icon calendar icon to the right of the widget name to select the specific date, period, and hours.
  9. Click Done to save your preferences.
  10. Double-click or drag items from the Y-Axis Types section to add them to the graph. Hover over the information icon to view the definition of each metric.
  11. Double-click or drag items from the X-Axis Types section to add them to the graph. You can select more than one item from the X-axis list. Hover over the information icon to view the definition of each metric.
  12. In the Y-Axis Dimension Filters field, click the Dimension drop-down to select a metric from the following:
    • All

    • Users

    • Queues

    • User Groups

    • Departments

    • Company Numbers

    • IVRs

    • Sites

    • Shared Line Groups

  13. Select the data to appear in the widget and click Done.
  14. In the Data Filters section, click Add Filter in the filter box to select the following filters:
    • Origin

    • Direction

    • Call response

    • Call type

    • Result

    • To/From extensions

    • Ending party

    • Call length

    • Time spent

    • Actions

    • Call segment

    • Numbers called

  15. Click Clear at the top-right to undo the last change in the comparison graph widget.
  16. Click Save.

    The comparison graph widget is saved in the dashboard. You can perform actions by clicking the three-dot icon at the top-right of the widget.

  17. Click the three-dot icon more icon to select from the following options:

    Edit: Open the comparison graph widget page to make changes.

    Size: Resize the widget in the dashboard.

    Duplicate: Create a copy of the comparison graph widget.

    Delete: Remove the comparison graph widget.
