The Adoption and Usage report for Message provides an aggregated view of key metrics, usage frequency, active user trends, levels and patterns, preferences, user groupings, and adoption of the message feature within an organization.
Procedure
Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
Go to Admin Portal > Analytics & Logs > Analytics > Adoption & Usage.
Click to select from the Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last Work Week, Last 30 Days, or Last Month label to select the date range to assess the overview data of the organization.
Click Done.
In the KPIs section, click Select KPIs to select from the following preferences to display the required parameters:
Enabled Message Users
# of Messages
# of Teams
# of Direct Groups
# of Team Messages
# of Direct 1:1 Messages
# of Direct Group Messages
% of Team Messages
% of Direct 1:1 Messages
% of Direct Group Messages
Avg. Teams Per Users
Avg. Messages Per User
In the Active Users section, click the numerical value to view the list of total active users available at a site.
In the Usage Frequency section, select the department and sites to display the Unspecified and Company data.
Select from the following options to display the frequency usage data:
Very Frequently
Occasionally
Non Users
Frequently
Rarely
In the Active User Trend section, click the toggle switch to activate comparing the data with the previous period for the given department and sites.
In the Top Endpoints & Versions section, select the departments and sites to view the relevant data in graphic form.
In the User Table section, click Select Columns to select from the following options to present the data:
