Managing Adoption and Usage reports for phone

About this task

The Adoption and Usage report for Phone provides an aggregated view of key metrics, usage frequency, active user trend, top endpoints, user groupings, and adoption of the phone feature across an organization.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
  2. Go to Admin Portal > Analytics & Logs > Analytics > Adoption & Usage.
  3. Click Calendar icon to select from the Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last Work Week, Last 30 Days, or Last Month label to select the date range to assess the overview data of the organization.
  4. Click Done.
  5. In the KPIs section, click Select KPIs to select from the following preferences to display the required parameters:
    • Enabled Phone Users

    • # of Calls

    • Total Call Min

    • # of Inbound Calls

    • Inbound Call Min

    • # of Outbound Calls

    • Outbound Call Min

    • # of External Calls

    • External Call Min

    • # of Internal Calls

    • Internal Call Min

    • Avg. # of Calls Per User

    • Avg. Min Per User

  6. In the Active Users section, click the numerical value to view the list of total active users available at a site. The top ten active users list is also visible with the call details.
  7. In the Usage Frequency section, select the department and sites to display the Unspecified and Company data.
  8. Select from the following options to display the usage frequency data:
    • Very Frequently

    • Occasionally

    • Non Users

    • Frequently

    • Rarely

  9. In the Active User Trend section, click the toggle switch to activate comparing the data with the previous period for the given department and sites.
  10. In the Features Usage section, select the departments and sites to view the audio, video, screen sharing, and recording data in graphic form.
  11. In the Top Endpoints & Versions section, select the departments and sites to view the relevant data in graphic form.
  12. In the User Table section, click Select Columns to select from the following options to present the data:
    • # Of Calls

    • Call Minutes

    • Department

    • Endpoint

    • Last Used

    • Site

    • Usage Count

    • Usage Frequency

    • Version

  13. Click Done.
