Contact Avaya IAM support to configure SSO settings for your enterprise on Avaya IAM.

To configure the device flow on Avaya Aura® Device Services, you require settings from Avaya IAM.

Ensure that you gathered all the required information.

For information about data required to configure the device flow on Avaya Aura® Device Services, see Prerequisites for Device Authorization Flow configuration.

If you configure SSO for J1XX phones, publish COMM_ADDR_HANDLE_TYPE and COMM_ADDR_HANDLE_LENGTH parameters.

Avaya Aura® Device Services requires these parameters to provide SIP parameters to J1XX phones automatically. For more information about the publishing process, see Publishing COMM_ADDR_HANDLE parameters for J1XX phones.

Create client mapping.

See Creating client mapping for the device flow.

Configure the LDAP UID mapping.

Synchronize data between Avaya Aura® Device Services and Avaya IAM.

Test the integration with Avaya IAM using a physical device.

You cannot test the device flow using the procedure Testing the integration with an identity provider from the Google Chrome web browser as it does not support the device flow.
