If you use Office 365 in your deployment, you can configure SSO capabilities for authentication on Avaya Workplace Client. You can use the OAuth2 integration method for authentication and authorization.
Note:
The OAuth2 method might have limitations comparing to SAML v2.0. For example, integration with OAuth2 currently requires you to add the user role to all users that must authenticate using Office 365. If you want to use the SAML v2.0 authentication method in the Microsoft Azure environment, configure SSO as described in Checklist for configuring Microsoft Azure Active Directory integration using SAML v2.0.
