Avaya Aura® Device Services supports the simultaneous use of multiple identity providers. If you want to use multiple identity providers, you only need to configure integration with the new identity provider. However, if you want to switch from one identity provider to another, you must perform additional tasks on Keycloak. The procedures in this section outline the tasks you must perform to switch to another identity provider.
