Avaya Aura® Device Services periodically synchronizes data, such as public keys, with identity providers. To ensure that Avaya Aura® Device Services and the identity provider contains the up-to-date data, you can synchronize data manually.
Procedure
Log in to the Avaya Aura® Device Services web administration portal with the Security administrator role.
Navigate to Security Settings > Client ID Mapping.
Click Sync for the required client.
After the synchronization completes, click OK in the confirmation window.
