Obtain an Avaya Workplace Client user account that you use to test authorization.
Procedure
On the Avaya Aura® Device Services web administration portal, navigate to Security Settings > Client ID Mapping.
Click Test for the required client.
Avaya Aura® Device Services displays the Test Integration window.
In the Test Integration window, click the Start Test button.
Your browser opens the Login page in a new tab.
If you have multiple identity providers configured, select the identity provider that you want to test.
Your browser opens the Login page for the selected identity provider.
Enter the username and password of the test user and then click the Sign On button.
The exact button name might differ from the name listed above depending on the identity provider that you are testing.
If the test completes successfully, the browser displays the Token generated, You may close this window message. The Avaya Aura® Device Services web administration portal displays the Test completed successfully message, the test user information, and token details in the Test Integration window.
If the test fails, Avaya Aura® Device Services displays information about the error in the Test Integration window.
Do one of the following:
If the verification completes successfully, click OK.
If the verification fails, try to fix the issue by checking the prerequisites for the test, and then re-run the test.
If the problem persists, contact Avaya support personnel.
