Use this procedure to add a user who requires SSO capabilities on Ping Identity.
Procedure
Log in to the PingOne console as the administrator.
Navigate to Identities > Users.
Click Add User.
In Given Name, type the first name of the user.
In Family Name, type the last name of the user.
In Email Address, type the email address of the user.
In Username, type a unique identifier for the user.
You can use the user email address as a username.
In Population, select either the user group or the administrator population group that you created.
The SSO capabilities are available to members of both groups. Select the administrator population group if you want to provide the user with the administrator rights.
