Synchronizing client ID

About this task

After Avaya Aura® Device Services is restored, if the Keyloak is enabled, the public key for the client ID resets to default value.

Before you begin

Restore Avaya Aura® Device Services.
Restore the exsiting configuration details for Avaya Aura® Device Services. For more information, refer to Restoring an Avaya Aura Device Services cluster.

Procedure

Navigate to Security Settings > Client ID Mapping.
Under Client to Identify Provider Mapping, click Sync for the required client ID.
