If the number of users deleted from an LDAP server since the previous synchronization event exceeds the specified threshold, Avaya Aura® Device Services does not delete these users from the internal database automatically. You must confirm the user deletion manually.
Before you begin
Enable the LDAP user deletion warning.
Procedure
On the Avaya Aura® Device Services web administration portal, navigate to Server Connections > LDAP Configuration > Enterprise Directory.
In the Hard/Soft Delete user warning section, navigate to the table with LDAP servers.
To view the detailed information about the users pending deletion, click View details for an appropriate LDAP server.
To confirm the user deletion from an LDAP server, select the Allow to delete in next sync check box for the LDAP server.
