The Appcast Items table shows the list of Avaya Workplace Client installers that you can download using the Web Deployment service.

Download URL |
The URL that specifies the location of the Avaya Workplace Client installer. |
Downloads |
The number of times the appcast file has been downloaded using the download URL. |
Updates |
The number of times the upgrade file was applied on the already installed client using the respective appcast file download URL. This counter increases if a user does the following:
Tries to download the client from Unified Portal, and Unified Portal detects that the user already has an installed version of the client. Updates the client using the built-in Check for Updates option. |
