Cause

During the installation or upgrade process, Avaya Aura® Device Services connects to System Manager to obtain certificates required for installation. If the System Manager certificates contain unsupported critical extensions, expired, or the certificate start date is in the future, Avaya Aura® Device Services does not import these certificates and stops the installation or upgrade process.
