There are a number of prerequisites for a software-only deployment on Microsoft Azure:
Use standard Microsoft Azure procedures to create the required network setup, including Virtual Private Cloud and subnet settings.
Ensure that you have an NTP server. You can deploy your own NTP server or use the NTP server provided by Microsoft Azure.
Add records with the following FQDNs to your own DNS server or to the Microsoft Azure DNS service:
