Avaya Aura® Device Services displays the progress bar during installation or upgrade to indicate that the process is in progress. Certain operations, such as Cassandra database creation and Keycloak initialization, might take some time to install. When performing these operations, Avaya Aura® Device Services does not update the progress bar. To ensure that installation is still in progress, Avaya Aura® Device Services uses the following timeout values for these operations:
Cassandra database creation: 122 seconds.
Keycloak initial start-up during installation: 180 seconds.
Keycloak export and import operations during upgrade: 180 seconds.
In the absence of a response within the specified timeout interval, Avaya Aura® Device Services cancels the installation or upgrade process and displays an error message.
