Configuring your contact center

About this task

Configure your contact center to define how Avaya Workspaces for CRM handles incoming and outgoing interactions and manages your agents' experience. For example, you can enable your agents to transfer calls and set up conferences.

Before you begin

  • Create a Power App for your contact center or use an existing Power App. For more information about creating Power Apps, see the Microsoft documentation.

  • Import the solution file that you downloaded from the Avaya Support website to Dynamics 365.

  • Add the contact center entities to your Power App.

Procedure

  1. On the Power Apps page, select the Power App configured for your contact center.
  2. Select Contact Centers.
  3. At the top of the page, click New.

    Dynamics 365 displays the New Contact Center page.

  4. Fill in the relevant fields.
  5. At the top of the page, click Save & Close.
