Long Distance Prefix |
The prefix to initiate long-distance calls. In Canada and the US, this prefix is 1. In the rest of the world, it is usually 0. The default value is 1. You can also leave this field blank. |
International Prefix |
The prefix to initiate international calls. In Canada and the US, the prefix for international calls is 011. In the rest of the world, it is usually 00. The default value is 011. You can also leave this field blank. |
Internal Number Length |
The length of internal numbers within your call center. The default value is 4. If the length of a phone number is equal to or less than the entered value, Avaya Workspaces for CRM treats the phone number as an internal number. If the length of a phone number is greater than the entered value, Avaya Workspaces for CRM treats the phone number as an external number.
Note:
If your local dial plan uses extensions with the same length as Local Number Length, set this value to 0. If you type 0, Avaya Workspaces for CRM treats all phone numbers as external numbers.

Country Code |
The country code for the current location of your contact center. Avaya Workspaces for CRM uses this value for enhanced outbound number processing. The default value is 1. Do not leave this field blank. |
Local Number Length |
The length of external local phone numbers. The default value is 7. |
Long Distance Length |
The length of long-distance external phone numbers. Avaya Workspaces for CRM uses this value to analyze outbound numbers and determine the required prefixes. The default value is 10. |
Emergency Codes |
The emergency numbers to call emergency service providers. For example, in the United States, the emergency number is 911. If you type an emergency number in this field, and an agent dials the number, Avaya Workspaces for CRM initiates an emergency call. Emergency calls are routed directly to emergency service providers, and they ignore the existing dialing rules. You can type multiple emergency numbers separated by commas. To disable the emergency calling feature, leave this field blank.
