Create a CIF provider for the new agent experience profile to enable Avaya integration in CIF 2.0.

Procedure

  1. In the side pane, in the Agent experience section, click Workspaces.

    Dynamics 365 displays the Workspaces page.

  2. Next to the Third party voice channel provider section, click Manage.
  3. To create a new provider, click New.

    Dynamics 365 displays the channel provider configuration page.
