Name
Description
Name
The name of your CIF provider.
For example, type Avaya provider.
Unique Name
The unique identifier of your CIF provider in the <prefix>_<name> format. The prefix must be alphanumeric, 3-8 characters long, and include an underscore.
For example, type Avaya_provider.
Label
The label to be displayed as the title of the CIF widget.
For example, type avaya_provider.
Channel URL
The CIF provider URL.
Enable Out Bound
The option to enable outbound communication between Dynamics 365 and Avaya Workspaces for CRM widget.
Type Yes.
Channel Order
The priority order of showing the channel to the agents and in the Unified Interface apps.
Type 1.
Api Version
The version of the CIF APIs.
Type 2.

The URL for the hosting location of Avaya Workspaces for CRM in the configUrl=https://<dynamicsUrl>&ccdefName=<ccdefName> format:
