Configuring URLs

Before you begin

Add the Azure AD SAML Toolkit.

Procedure

  1. From your Dynamics 365 dashboard, go to Enterprise applications > Browse Azure AD Gallery and click your SSO server application.
  2. From the menu, click Single sign-on.
  3. In the Basic SAML Configuration pane, click Edit.
  4. Configure the following URLs:

    Identifier (Entity ID)

    https://<ccass domain>.com/auth/realms/<tenant ID>

    Reply URL

    https://ccass domain>.com/auth/realms/<tenant ID>/broker/<CCaaS Element Inventory Name JavaScript Escaped>/endpoint/descriptor

    Sign on URL

    https://<ccass domain>.com/auth/realms/<tenant ID>/protocol/openid-connect/auth?client_id=workspaces&redirect_uri=https<string response from login redirection>

    Logout URL

    https://<Dynamics 265 url>/services/auth/idp/saml2/logout
