Dialing rule transformations are performed on Avaya Workspaces for CRM. The underlying Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud and Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem systems perform pattern matching, but Avaya Workspaces for CRM does not. Where there is ambiguity, the underlying system completes any required call processing.
Avaya Workspaces for CRM uses the Local Number Length and Long Distance Length values to process outbound calls. You must enter a value in these fields. Ensure that the value you enter in the Local Number Length field is lower than the value for the Long Distance Length field. If local and long-distance phone numbers in your country are typically the same length, type this value in the Long Distance Length field and reduce the Local Number Length value by one.
