Importing the contact center configuration

About this task

Import the contact center configuration to specify the properties of your contact center in ServiceNow. You must download the configuration file from the Avaya Support website. The configuration file in XML format contains the code that you must enter in the field when configuring your contact center.

Before you begin

Download the configuration file from the Avaya Support website.

Procedure

  1. Open the configuration file on your computer.

    The configuration file displays the code that specifies the default configuration of your contact center.

  2. Copy the code within the configuration file.
