Name

Description

Internal Name

The name of your CCDef file. If you have multiple call centers, each must have a unique Internal Name. After you configure the Internal Name for your CCDef, you cannot change it.

You can type a maximum of 40 alphanumeric characters with no spaces or punctuation marks. The Internal Name must start with an alphabetic character.

Display Name

The name of your call center, which Salesforce displays in the All Call Centers table. If you have multiple call centers, each must have a unique Display Name.

You can type a maximum of 1000 UTF-8 characters.

Use CTI API

The option to use CTI API in your CCDef. Ensure that the value in this field is true.

Web Agent Widget URL

The entry point that Salesforce uses to fetch Avaya Workspaces for CRM from Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect).

To enter this URL, you must build it. For more information, see Building a URL for the Web Agent Widget URL field.

Softphone Login Height

The height of the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone during user login. You can type a value corresponding to the required height in pixels. The default value is 640.

Softphone Login Width

The width of the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone during user login. You can type a value corresponding to the required width in pixels. The default value is 300.

Softphone Main Page Height

The height of the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone after the user logs in. You can type a value corresponding to the required height in pixels. The default value is 640.

This value is used when the agent has at least one interaction card in the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone. If the agent has none, the height of the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone is determined by the value in the Softphone Main Page Idle Height field.

Tip:

To disable softphone resizing between idle mode and interaction mode, type the same value in the Softphone Main Page Height and Softphone Main Page Idle Height fields.

Softphone Main Page Width

The width of the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone after the user logs in. You can type a value corresponding to the required width in pixels. The default value is 300.

Softphone Main Page Idle Height

The height of the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone after the user logs in. You can type a value corresponding to the required height in pixels. The default value is 520.

This value is used when the agent has no interaction cards in the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone. If the agent has an interaction card, the height of the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone is determined by the value in the Softphone Main Page Height field.

Tip:

To disable softphone resizing between idle mode and interaction mode, type the same value in the Softphone Main Page Height and Softphone Main Page Idle Height fields.

Salesforce Compatibility Mode

The Salesforce modes in which you can use the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone.

For example, set this value to Classic_and_Lightning.

Salesforce File Attachment valid extensions

The type of files that agents can attach during messaging interactions.

Salesforce High Velocity Sales (Y/N)

The option to enable and disable the High Velocity Sales feature.

The values are the following:

  • Y: The High Velocity Sales feature is enabled.

  • N: The High Velocity Sales feature is disabled. This is the default setting.

You must enable the following features to use the High Velocity Sales feature:

  • Click-to-Dial

  • Call Logging

  • Lightning
