Advanced screen pop data: Custom flows

You can create custom flows in Salesforce. For more information, see Build a Flow in the Salesforce documentation.

Data options

Avaya Workspaces for CRM can send the following call-related data to your Salesforce flows:

  • Agent ID

  • ASAI_UUI

  • ANI

  • DNIS

  • Caller Name

  • Caller Number

  • Consult

  • End Time

  • Prompted Digits

  • Skill ID

  • Skill Name

  • Start Date

  • Start Time

  • Topic ID

  • Topic Name

  • UCID

  • UUI

  • Data configured in the Advanced Pop 1-10 fields

    For example: Advanced Pop 2: attr:Language; attr:Department
