Not Ready Reason Code Map with Omnichannel 1-20

The option to associate the Salesforce Not Ready state ID with the Avaya Workspaces Not Ready reason code. Enter a value in the following format: <Avaya Workspaces Not Ready reason code> = <Salesforce Not Ready state ID>, where <Avaya Workspaces Not Ready reason code> is the number for the required Not Ready reason code in Avaya Workspaces, and <Salesforce Not Ready state ID> is the required Salesforce Not Ready state ID.

For example, you can type 1=0N50S00000000Cj. In Synchronized mode, when the agent state in Salesforce changes to Not Ready, and the Not Ready state ID is 0N50S00000000Cj, the agent state in Avaya Workspaces changes to the Not Ready state associated with reason code 1.

Ensure that you provide the Salesforce Not Ready state IDs in the Omnichannel Not Ready Status Id field before you associate them with the Avaya Workspaces Not Ready reason codes using the Not Ready Reason Code Map with Omnichannel fields.
