Installing the APEX package

About this task

Install the APEX package to enable your agents to access the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone.

To install the APEX package for a test organization, navigate to the following URL: http://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t5w000005PndM
To install the APEX package for a production organization, navigate to the following URL: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t5w000005PndM
On the Install Avaya IXWS page, select Install for All Users.
Click Install.

When the installation is complete, you receive an email notification.
