About this task
Export user phone numbers and extensions available in Application Center Administration to import them to Avaya Cloud Office™ Admin Portal. If Avaya Cloud Office™ users call using phone numbers, they get to a customer queue before connecting to the agent. If they use extensions, they can call agents directly.
The user phone numbers and extensions get exported to a .csv file. The file contains the following details: user first and last names, email address if configured, extension number, and phone number.
