Adding the Corporate Contacts widget to the layout

About this task

Add the Corporate Contacts widget to the layout Avaya Workspaces agents and supervisors are using. By default, the Corporate Contacts widget is added to the Home view. You can also add the widget to a tab in the Voice view.

If you add the Corporate Contacts widget to the Voice view, you can see the widget during a voice interaction.

Before you begin

Ensure the following:

  • Avaya Support enabled Avaya Spaces for your account.

  • You added a layout for Avaya Spaces. For more information about adding layouts, see Administering Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
  2. In the navigation tree, click Workspaces > Layout Manager.
  3. For the layout to edit, click the Edit icon.
  4. On the Views tab, click the view to add the widget.
  5. Click Add Tab.
  6. In the Name field, type the Corporate Contacts widget name.
  7. In the Role list, select Agent and Supervisor.
  8. In the Icon list, select neo-icon-address-book.
  9. In the Select a Layout area, select the widget layout.

    For the Home view, you must select the first widget layout with one widget slot.

  10. In the Select Widgets area, select Corporate Contacts.
  11. Click Save.
