Configuration prerequisites for Microsoft Teams SSO

Before configuring SSO for Microsoft Teams, ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • The Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud tenant is configured with Microsoft Entra ID as SAML.

  • You have Microsoft Azure portal administrator credentials to configure Microsoft Entra ID.

  • Avaya system administrators created an Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud tenant account and provided the account ID to you.
