Ensure that you meet the following system requirements to use the command line utility:

• Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway is on version 1.0.8.0 or later.

• A non-root user must exist with superuser privileges.

• Update the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway element SIP entities in System Manager with the new port information.
