Performing fallback to existing Avaya Experience Platform On-Prem client

About this task

Use this procedure to fallback from SIPCC station to H.323 station type.

Note:

Configure minimum three call appearances (call-appr) buttons.

Procedure

  1. Use the SSH client to connect to the Communication Manager System Access Terminal (SAT) interface.
  2. Run change station n where n is the station number.
  3. Set the Type field to H.323 station types.
  4. In the Security Code field, enter a code number.
  5. On page 4, in the BUTTON ASSIGNMENTS area, add the following buttons:

    • call-appr

      Note:

      By default, there are three call-appr buttons configured. Add additional call-appr if required.

    • after-call

    • aux-work

    • auto-in or manual-in

    • work code

  6. Set IP SoftPhone to y.
