Configuring feature buttons

About this task

You must configure the feature buttons for provisioning new Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) agents. Perform the following steps to configure the feature buttons in Avaya Aura® System Manager.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Avaya Aura® System Manager.
  2. Navigate to Elements > Communication Manager > Endpoints > Manage Endpoints.
  3. Select the SIPCC station and click Edit.
  4. Click the Button Assignment (B) tab and click Feature Buttons.
  5. In the Button Configurations area, configure the buttons by selecting the following from the drop-down list:
    • call-appr

      Note:

      By default, there are three call-appr buttons configured. Add additional call-appr if required.

    • agnt-login

    • after-call

    • aux-work

      Note:

      In SIPCC station, configure at least one aux-work button without any reason code.

    • auto-in or manual-in

    • work code

  6. Click Commit.
