Log on to Avaya Workspaces to handle interactions.

Before you begin

Obtain a URL to Avaya Workspaces from your administrator.

Procedure

  1. In your browser, enter the Avaya Workspaces URL.
  2. In the Username field, type your username.
  3. In the Password field, type your password.
  4. Click SIGN IN.
  5. Optional If you see the Application Center dashboard, click Avaya Workspaces.
  6. Click Start Work.

    Avaya Workspaces places you in the respective state for customer interactions.
