Creating a Hybrid Cloud Gateway admin user on System Manager

Procedure

  1. Log on to Avaya Aura® System Manager.
  2. Navigate to Users > Administrators > Administrative Users.
  3. Click Add.
  4. In the User ID field, enter a username.

    For example: hcgadmin.

  5. In the Authentication Type field, select an authentication type.
  6. In the Full Name field, enter the user's full name.
  7. In the E-Mail field, enter an email address to receive notifications.
  8. In the Temporary password field, enter a temporary password.

    The user must change this password when logging in.

  9. In the Re-enter password field, re-enter the temporary password.
  10. Click Commit and Continue.
  11. Select Session Manager and Routing Administrator and Session Manager and Routing Auditor.
  12. Click Commit.
