Note:

Many of the domains listed in Domains to be allowed for Adobe apps & services to function correctly use geography-specific aliases or IP addresses. Ensure that your firewall supports aliases.

Adobe hosts services redundantly across several servers in different regions. These hosts are subject to change for various reasons, for example, system load. Avaya not recommend the use of IP addresses for allowing or blocking access. The IP addresses could be incorrect imediately, often within hours of implementation. Additionally, the IP address information varies depending on the geographical location. Any records that you use at a location could be incorrect when used at another location.
