With Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect), you must limit Multiple Device Access (MDA) to 1 because of the Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem limitations on MDA.
Procedure
Log on to System Manager by using the appropriate administrative credentials.
Click Users > User Management > Manage Users.
Select the user, and then click Edit.
On the User Profile: Edit: <user name> page, on the Communication Profile tab, click Session Manager Profile.
In the SIP Registration area, in the Max. Simultaneous Devices field, type 1.
To override the previous SIP station login, clear the Block New Registration When Maximum Registration Active? check box.
