Note:
Ensure that the TLS connection to port 443 is open from Avaya Aura® Device Services to *.avayacloud.com. If the TLS connection to port 443 is closed, the client ID mapping for Avaya Workspaces fails in Avaya Aura® Device Services and you cannot perform a directory search.
