Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) supports small and large Virtual Machine (VM) profiles.
Important:
Ensure to meet the following requirements:
Deploy Avaya Aura® 10.1.3 and higher.
Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) agents are SIP enabled.
Deploy Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway OVA in your VMware ESXi 7.0 or 8.0 environment provided by Avaya for Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) configuration.
Note:
Avaya Cloud Delivery is responsible for downloading and deploying Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway as part of the Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) service activation. Customers cannot download Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway from Avaya PLDS.
