Validating agent log-in procedure

Perform the following steps to validate the agent log-in procedure.

Before you begin

Deploy Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect).

Procedure

  1. Log in to Avaya Workspaces.

    Avaya Workspaces must display the following:

    • Connection state - Connected.

    • Voice - Logged Out.

    • When you click the agent name, Avaya Workspaces displays the Agent ID and Station ID.

  2. Click Start Work.
  3. Click the agent name.

    Avaya Workspaces displays the associated Agent ID and Station ID.

    Note:

    You can verify the registered Station ID on Avaya Aura® System Manager.
