Perform the following steps to validate the agent log-in procedure.
Deploy Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect).
Avaya Workspaces must display the following:
Connection state - Connected.
Voice - Logged Out.
When you click the agent name, Avaya Workspaces displays the Agent ID and Station ID.
Avaya Workspaces displays the associated Agent ID and Station ID.
You can verify the registered Station ID on Avaya Aura® System Manager.
