You can search for a contact, a group, or a group member on the Users and Groups tabs of the Corporate Contacts widget. You can later add the found contact to the Favorites list.
Before you begin
Ensure that you signed in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ provider.
Procedure
On the Corporate Contacts widget, do one of the following:
To search for a contact, on the Users tab, in the Search users field, type the contact's first or last name.
To search for a contact group, on the Groups tab, in the Search groups field, type the group name.
To search for a group member, on the Groups tab, select the group, and in the group pane, search for the contact.
